The 2025 Fall Fair is being implemented with a spirit of urgency and determination.
Speaking at the press conference to announce information about the 2025 Autumn Fair with the theme "Connecting people with production and business" held on the afternoon of October 14, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair emphasized that the fair is a national-scale economic-cultural event, assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee and other ministries, branches and localities.
This is a key activity in 2025, contributing to concretizing the policy of promoting domestic trade, boosting production, business, import and export and promoting the national image - Vietnamese brand, in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated October 3, 2025.
According to the plan, the fair will take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025, with a total exhibition area of over 130,000 m², 05 thematic zones and over 3,000 booths. The fair has the participation of 34 provinces and cities; central ministries and branches, along with thousands of enterprises, cooperatives and large corporations of Vietnam, and at the same time attracts a large number of international partners and enterprises to exhibit, trade and seek cooperation opportunities. It is expected that during the entire period, the fair will welcome an average of about 500,000 visitors per day, demonstrating the strong attraction of an event of national and regional scale. The Autumn Fair 2025 is therefore expected to become a highlight in the series of economic events and trade promotion in Vietnam this year.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan stated: " The 2025 Autumn Fair is considered an event that "converges 6 best things": largest scale, most modern space, most diverse products, highest quality, most attractive activities and best incentives. However, perhaps we should add another "best thing" - that is the most urgent preparation time ".
As of today's press conference, just 9 days after the Prime Minister issued the Directive, the entire system of agencies from central to local levels, along with businesses and organizing units, have made lightning efforts, working day and night to complete the preparation work.
Towards the goal of commercializing cultural products
Regarding the 2025 Autumn Fair, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong said that the national-scale trade and cultural promotion event will bring together 12 Vietnamese cultural industries.
According to Deputy Minister Ho An Phong, the fair has the mission of bringing culture into the economic space, affirming Vietnamese creativity and identity in the flow of globalization. The fields of performing arts, cinema, handicrafts, video games, advertising, music, sports, etc. will participate with exhibitions, performances, and exchanges, aiming at the goal of commercializing cultural products, attracting investment and expanding international cooperation.
Consumers coming to the fair not only shop, but also enjoy movies, meet artists, and experience traditional culture. The Ministry also arranged a free movie screening area with the highlight being the work Red Rain, along with exhibition spaces for ao dai, pottery, bamboo and rattan weaving, folk paintings, etc. Tourism businesses simultaneously reduced prices on tours, accommodation, food, and shopping services to stimulate consumption.

“ We carefully screened to ensure that each product on display is a typical representative of Vietnam’s cultural industry ,” the Deputy Minister emphasized. He added that the products introduced at the fair demonstrate the creativity, pride and aspiration of Vietnamese businesses to reach international standards.
Notably, Amazon will participate as a partner and main sponsor, directly arranging an interactive booth to meet and work with Vietnamese businesses, opening up opportunities to export cultural products globally and attracting international buyers.
According to the General Statistics Office, cultural industries currently contribute about 4.04% of GDP, aiming for 7% by 2030 according to the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Strategy. The 2025 Autumn Fair is therefore expected to become a highlight connecting culture and trade, creating new growth momentum, raising Vietnam's position on the world creative industry map.
The 2025 Fall Fair affirms national stature
Sharing information about the fair, Mr. Vu Ba Phu - Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) emphasized: " The Autumn Fair 2025 is a national trade promotion event, aiming to reach international standards ".
Mr. Phu said that the Autumn Fair will be held annually, serving as a forum connecting Vietnamese businesses with international importers, distributors and investors. “ We aim not only to promote Vietnamese goods, but also to create an environment for trade, technology transfer and export expansion ,” he emphasized.
To date, 170 international enterprises and organizations, along with more than 300 foreign buyers have registered to participate; Vietnamese enterprises have sent in 3,000 applications. Due to the demand exceeding the scale, the Organizing Committee will select typical enterprises, representing the industrial, service and consumer sectors.
The fair, themed “Connecting people with production and business”, recreates the space of “Autumn colors of Hanoi” with Com Lang Vong, Van Phuc silk, the scent of milk flowers, along with outdoor art programs, fashion shows and contemporary dance. In particular, the “Quintessence of Vietnamese culture” area chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will display 12 cultural industries, creating a harmony between commerce and culture.

The highlight is the Vietnamese Food Festival, gathering specialties from 34 provinces and cities, along with the first appearance of the "Vietnamese Beer Festival Space" with more than 300 major beer brands and craft beer.
“ We hope that visitors come to the Autumn Fair not only to visit, but also to live in the festival atmosphere – where creativity and Vietnamese identity blend ,” Mr. Phu shared.
With careful preparation and synchronous coordination between ministries, branches and localities, Director Vu Ba Phu affirmed: The 2025 Autumn Fair will be a national trade promotion event, contributing to elevating Vietnamese brands, promoting exports and promoting the image of a dynamic, integrated and creative Vietnam to the world.
Fall Fair 2025 is an effective information channel
At the press conference, Mr. Dang Khac Loi - Deputy Director of the Press Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) said that the 2025 Autumn Fair is a meaningful event of national and international significance, and is also a step to realize the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the period 2025-2035.
The overall communication plan is chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Hanoi People's Committee, to spread the image of the Fair to people, businesses and international friends. The event is considered a "miniature cultural market", where cultural products and services are displayed and commercialized, demonstrating the vitality and potential of the Vietnamese cultural industry.

According to Mr. Loi, the communication plan is divided into three phases, specifically:
Before the Fair (until October 25, 2025) : Promote the goals, meanings, contents and introduce the results of cultural development in the period 2025–2030.
During the Fair (October 26–November 4, 2025) : Continuous communication, fully reflecting artistic activities, exchanges, and conferences, to enhance interaction between the public and the creative community.
After the Fair : Spread the results, positive echoes, honor advanced models, strengthen the spirit of solidarity and community creativity.
The Deputy Director emphasized that the fair is not only a commercial event but also a creative and inspirational space, reflecting the vitality of contemporary Vietnamese culture, and at the same time an effective information channel to help State management agencies listen to feedback from businesses and people.
In addition, the 2025 Autumn Fair Press Center will be the focal point for media coordination, supporting 150-200 reporters working simultaneously at Hall H5, Vietnam Exhibition Center. The center will operate from October 25 to November 5, 2025, open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
Mr. Loi affirmed that communication work will be organized professionally, updated continuously, ensuring strong dissemination of the image of the Fair - a new symbol of Vietnam's cultural industry on all mass media and digital platforms.
Fall Fair 2025 brings a message of connection and prosperity
A Vingroup representative said that with a new, inspiring identity, the 2025 Autumn Fair represents the spirit of modern Vietnam, the aspiration for connection and sustainable development.
Mr. Quach Tuan Anh, Marketing Director of Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company (VEFAC), introduced the key visual, logo and color scheme of the fair.
Accordingly, this is an image that represents the Vietnamese spirit of aspiration for connection in the new era, spreading the message "Connecting people with production - business". The identity set is built from the image of Hanoi's milk flower, the flower symbolizing autumn, purity, endurance and closeness, along with the visual material of Vietnamese autumn, combined with the symbol of converging arms and the image of a five-pointed golden star in the center. Inside the star is the image of blooming fireworks, symbolizing joy, prosperity and the spirit of integration.
Regarding the official logo version of the fair, Mr. Tuan Anh shared that in terms of the main colors, the identity is built on a multi-color palette: The yellow of autumn symbolizes prosperity and the "golden season" of development. The orange of autumn sunshine symbolizes creative energy and the spirit of innovation. Blue represents the spirit of international integration and connection; green symbolizes nature, balance and sustainable development; red is the color of Vietnam, of national pride and aspiration to rise.
In addition, in terms of fonts, this is a Vietnamese design, creating a visual language that is both familiar and modern, preserving the national spirit but still ready to blend in with the world. From logos, colors to fonts, all are designed in a synchronous, flexible way, easy to apply in all communication activities, exhibitions and events of the fair.
Also at the event, the VEFAC Marketing Director introduced the actual image of the identity in the exhibition space of the Autumn Fair 2025. The display areas are also planned and coordinated according to the color palette and overall design orientation, to create a harmonious, impressive visual experience imbued with the colors of Vietnamese autumn.
“ With this new identity, the Autumn Fair 2025 is not only a commercial event, but also a journey connecting the past and the present, where Vietnamese identity is spread and trade enters a prosperous "golden season" , Mr. Tuan Anh emphasized.
Hanoi is ready for the 2025 Autumn Fair – “Hanoi's Autumn Quintessence”
On the afternoon of October 14, Hanoi held a press conference to introduce the 2025 Autumn Fair - the largest national trade promotion event ever, expected to attract 500,000 visitors/day, with more than 3,000 booths and nearly 2,500 participating businesses.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Duong, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, this year the city brings to the fair the theme "Quintessence of Autumn in Hanoi", both promoting products, tourism, investment, and creating a space to experience the unique culture of the capital. The exhibition space is in the golden color of autumn, inspired by chrysanthemums, rice plants, and Hanoi's Old Quarter.
The booths focus on introducing handicraft products, OCOP, high technology and traditional craft villages - the strengths of more than 1,350 craft villages in the area. In particular, the skill demonstration area allows visitors to directly experience making pottery, bamboo and rattan weaving, wood carving, etc., contributing to honoring the cultural values and the hands of the craftsmen of the capital.
The city has made thorough preparations for security, sanitation, infrastructure and business support services. The Department of Industry and Trade has been assigned to regularly inspect the origin of goods, prices, food safety, and fight against counterfeit and poor quality goods.
Hanoi also sets a long-term goal of turning the quintessence of craft villages into economic driving forces, promoting handicraft brands, OCOP and creative technology to the international market in the period 2026-2030. “ The city aims to transform cultural values into sustainable economic values, affirming Hanoi’s position as a center of creativity and integration ,” Mr. Duong emphasized.
Regarding traffic, the city has directed scientific traffic flow, increased public transportation, arranged backup parking lots, ensuring convenience and absolute safety for visitors.
With comprehensive preparation from infrastructure, products, services and security, “Quintessence of Autumn Hanoi” promises to be not only a trade fair, but also a unique cultural and tourism highlight, spreading the image of a friendly, creative and integrated Hanoi.
