Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said that the Fair will take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC).
With an exhibition area of over 130,000 m² and about 3,000 booths, the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to welcome up to 500,000 visitors per day, reflecting the special attraction and influence of the event.
Following the success of the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness", the 2025 Autumn Fair carries the message "Connecting People, Creating Prosperity", contributing to promoting the internal strength of production and business, arousing the spirit of innovation, connecting the business community and supply chain, promoting domestic market development, stimulating consumption, strengthening the connection between supply and demand, thereby contributing to the realization of the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025 and over 10% in the following years; at the same time, promoting trade promotion activities, promoting import and export and international economic integration, creating a strong growth momentum for the country in the era of development.
The successful organization of the 2025 Autumn Fair will lay the foundation for the formation of an annual four-season "Spring - Summer - Autumn - Winter" fair chain, becoming a destination for trade promotion, stimulating consumption and developing Vietnam's important cultural industry, aiming to reach international level.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said that with the close direction of the Government and the Prime Minister , along with the close coordination of ministries, departments, branches and the support of the business community, the 2025 Autumn Fair will bring together many records, considered as "The 6 Best Super Fair", including:
First: Largest scale
Taking place on an area of over 130,000 m², with 3,000 standard booths, the Fair gathered nearly 2,500 businesses from all regions across the country. Among them were 13 corporations, state-owned corporations, along with hundreds of large private enterprises, cooperatives, and innovative start-ups, demonstrating the cooperation of the entire national economic system.
Second: The most modern space
Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) - a project of scale Top 1 in Southeast Asia and Top 10 in the world - has become a new symbol of Vietnam's exhibition industry. Here, modern display technology, lighting, sound and space design are applied, bringing a vivid multi-sensory interactive experience to visitors.
Third: The most diverse products
Tens of thousands of products in the fields of industry, agriculture, trade, services, logistics, tourism and digital technology will be introduced. Each booth is a story, from industrial products to regional specialties, from technological innovations to national cultural quintessence.

All products on display meet technical standards, export certification, or are part of the "Vietnam National Brand" and "High-quality Vietnamese Goods" programs. Thursday: The most exciting activity
More than 30 thematic events are held in parallel, including B2B, B2C networking conferences, trade promotion forums, innovation seminars, business talk shows, along with a series of cultural - artistic activities, cinema, fashion shows, sports, game competitions, and the most unique cuisine. The highlight is the music night "Youth Imprints" celebrating 30 years of singing by singer Dan Truong, promising to bring a bustling festival atmosphere, full of the colors of Hanoi's autumn (details of activities in attached Appendix 1).
Friday: Best Deals
The fair offers many attractive promotions of up to 100%, millions of discount vouchers and "Golden Deal" activities that directly connect businesses and consumers. Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said that with the scale and special expectations of the 2025 Autumn Fair in contributing to promoting the country's economic growth, under the drastic and urgent direction of the Government, on September 25, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg on organizing the 2025 Autumn Fair.
Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son chaired a meeting to review the progress of preparations for the 2025 Autumn Fair.
In the telegram, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Finance, the Hanoi People's Committee, relevant ministries, agencies, localities and units to organize the Autumn Fair in 2025.
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's direction, on September 27, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Plan to organize the Vietnam National Industry, Trade and Consumer Goods Fair - Autumn 2025 (abbreviated as Autumn Fair 2025).
Then, on October 7, 2025, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair Steering Committee, signed Official Dispatch No. 7734/CD-BCĐ to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities, requesting to complete the reception of the site before October 9, 2025 and urgently construct the booth to ensure the set schedule.
As of October 13, 2025, preparations are over 90% complete.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to become an annual national trade event, a "symphony" connecting production - trade - Vietnamese culture, and at the same time a symbol of the spirit of integration, creativity and development of the country in the 21st century.
