On October 13, the Department of Education and Training of Hue City organized a ceremony to hand over decisions on transferring civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year.
Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, leaders of specialized departments; along with officials, teachers and staff of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the area.
There are a total of 56 officials (teachers and staff) including: 16 preschoolers, 9 primary schoolers and 31 secondary schoolers transferred to work in this period.
The decision to transfer civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year is implemented by arranging teachers from surplus schools to schools with shortages based on the voluntary spirit of teachers; agreed upon between the Department of Education and Training and wards and communes; especially giving priority to teachers who are assigned to work in localities near their residence.


Speaking at the decision-making ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan emphasized that the transfer of teachers and staff was carried out in accordance with the spirit of Official Dispatch No. 4096/SGDĐT-TCCB dated September 25, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, to ensure the arrangement and assignment of teachers and staff in a reasonable, fair, and proper manner, in accordance with the wishes of teachers and staff and the actual situation at school units.
In particular, this transfer is very important, marking the first time the Department of Education and Training of Hue City directly regulates and arranges the team of teachers and civil servants throughout the city, in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model.
This is a concrete step to demonstrate the unified management role of the Department in planning, using and developing human resources in the education sector, creating a premise to improve the quality of teaching and education management in the new period.
This is also the largest personnel transfer in a school year of the Education sector in Hue City.

“The work of transferring teachers is a regular activity, has humanistic significance and is of long-term strategic nature, aiming to ensure the balance of human resources between schools, overcoming the situation of surplus in some places and shortage in others. At the same time, it opens up opportunities for staff to be trained, experience, and develop their capacity in a new working environment, especially to feel secure in their work when they are transferred closer to home” – Mr. Nguyen Tan affirmed.

Representatives of the teachers who received the transfer decisions expressed their emotions and sent their deep thanks to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training and the units for their attention and favorable conditions; promised to be determined to maximize their capacity and sense of responsibility in the new working environment.
