On October 13, the Department of Education and Training of Hue City handed over the decision to transfer civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year to 56 teachers and staff at all levels, including 16 preschool officials, 9 primary school officials and 31 secondary school officials.
This is the first time that the Department of Education and Training of Hue city has directly regulated and arranged teaching staff throughout the city, in the context of implementing a two-level local government model.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, the transfer of civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year was carried out in a voluntary and transparent spirit, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of comprehensive and sustainable education development in the spirit of Resolution 71 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.
Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, affirmed that this transfer of civil servants ensures the principles of reasonableness, fairness, compliance with regulations, and is consistent with personal wishes as well as the actual situation at educational institutions.
According to Mr. Tan, the transfer of civil servants is identified as a regular activity, with humanistic meaning and strategic vision, aiming to ensure the balance of personnel between schools, overcoming the situation of local surplus and shortage of teachers between educational institutions in the area.
The transfer also opens up opportunities for teachers to experience, practice and develop their abilities in a new environment, especially when they are placed near their place of residence.
