Village 9 has 240 households (1,350 inhabitants), with 5 ethnic groups living together. As the head of the village's Fatherland Front Committee, Ms. Niệm has coordinated with various levels and sectors to carry out the task of disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the laws of the State.
Ms. Niem set a working principle for herself: "Listen to what the people say, speak in a way the people understand, and act in a way the people trust," promoting the application of information technology in the dissemination and popularization of laws. She understood that to unleash the power of the people, she and her family must first set an example and take the lead in complying with policies and guidelines. At the same time, she advised the village Party branch and coordinated with member organizations of the Fatherland Front to promptly resolve grievances and conflicts in the residential area.
