Responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), on April 19, Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City) organized a contest of artistic book arrangement and storytelling based on books to create a playground for students, while also educating them with many valuable lessons from these activities.

There were 12 students in grades 1 and 2 participating in the storytelling activity with many touching stories about Uncle Ho, about heroic martyrs such as Le Van Tam, Vo Thi Sau, and many familiar fairy tales. In the art book arrangement competition, there were 20 classes in grades 3, 4 and 5 participating in the competition with many models such as Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, the national flagpole...

The contest is not only an opportunity for students to demonstrate their creativity and storytelling talent, but also an opportunity for students to review the glorious history of the nation and become more aware of their responsibility in preserving and promoting those sacred traditional values.
