The Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police has just issued a Decision to search for especially dangerous suspect Ho The Nam (born 1994, residing in Ea Pal commune, Ea Kar district) for murder.
The investigation determined that on the evening of August 17, 2020, Ho The Nam and 3 other friends: Ly Anh Tu, Vu Van Duc and Nguyen Van Long (all residing in Ea Kar district) went to sing at room 2, Ham Huong Karaoke bar (in village 5, Cu Ni commune, Ea Kar district). At around 0:00 on August 18, 2020, Ho The Nam's group left.

When they just got to the yard of the restaurant, they saw To Van Nam's group and 4 other people (all living in Ea Kar district) arguing with the restaurant owner, Ms. NTH. The reason was that To Van Nam's group sang (in room number 1 of the restaurant) and did not have enough money to pay, so Ms. H. closed the gate and asked for payment before letting them leave. Because he knew Ms. H., Ly Anh Tu asked To Van Nam to pay the restaurant owner in full, but this person did not agree, went out to pull the gate to get his motorbike to leave, and the two sides had a conflict, scuffled, and fought.
At this time, Tu called his friend Vu Van Toan (also residing in Ea Kar district) to drive a motorbike carrying a sack of weapons, including: iron pipes, swords, iron pipes with sharp knives attached to them to Ham Huong restaurant. Seeing Toan coming, To Van Nam ran out to stop him, and the sack of weapons on the motorbike spilled onto the street. Immediately after that, both groups rushed in with iron pipes and swords to chase and fight each other. During the fight, Ly Anh Tu used an iron pipe about 1 meter long to hit To Van Nam in the head. To Van Nam also used a sword about 1 meter long to slash Ly Anh Tu in the head. As a result, both were injured and fell to the side of the road. Seeing that, Ho The Nam, Vu Van Toan and Vu Van Duc rushed in with iron pipes and bamboo sticks (picked up nearby) to hit To Van Nam, causing 35% injury.
Concluding the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police proposed that the Provincial People's Procuracy prosecute the defendants: Ly Anh Tu, To Van Nam, Vu Van Duc, Vu Van Toan and Nguyen Van Long for murder. On September 15, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police also issued a decision to prosecute the defendant and an order to temporarily detain Ho The Nam. However, Ho The Nam fled the locality. After that, the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police issued a decision to separate the criminal case and a wanted notice (category of especially dangerous subjects) for Ho The Nam for murder.
The Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police announces that any person has the right to arrest and immediately take a wanted person to the nearest police agency, People's Procuracy or People's Committee.
