From the source of pride to creation and development

Within the framework of the exhibition of 80 years of national achievements, the People's Public Security force has two solemn indoor and outdoor display areas with the theme "People's Public Security - 80 years for National Security, for People's Happiness".

These exhibition spaces not only recreate the heroic historical journey and great milestones in the cause of protecting the Fatherland, but also affirm that from the "proud origin", the People's Public Security Forces are always steadfast, constantly "creating and developing", ready to step into a new era with the country.

The Party's sword, the people's fulcrum

After 80 years of construction and development, founded, educated and trained by President Ho Chi Minh, cared for and directed by the Party and State, and wholeheartedly trusted and helped by the people, together with the close coordination and cooperation of all levels and sectors, the People's Public Security force has strived to overcome all difficulties and challenges, achieved many outstanding feats, and made important contributions to the revolutionary cause of the nation, protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and developing the country.

Within the framework of the exhibition of 80 years of national achievements, the exhibition spaces of the People's Public Security will recreate the glorious journey of the People's Public Security force from the milestone of "Source of pride" - the source of the heroic history of 80 years of dedication to the Fatherland. In particular, through the collection of costumes, portraits of heroes, martyrs and many other artifacts, viewers can deeply feel the historical journey, where the "silent sacrifices" to protect national security, ensure social order and safety, have created a solid foundation for the People's Public Security force today and tomorrow.

Some vehicles and artifacts of the People's Public Security force are displayed at the exhibition.

Next, the exhibition area "People's Support" is a tribute to the silent contributions of the People's Public Security Forces for the peace and happiness of the people. These are authentic films about soldiers who are willing to sacrifice themselves to help people in natural disasters, storms and floods; images of People's Public Security officers participating in social security campaigns; supporting people during holidays and Tet... There is also an information board about movements and campaigns: "Movement for all people to participate in fire prevention and fighting", "Safe corridors for schools"... In addition, there will be typical, artistic images of officers and soldiers of the forces who are always present in dangerous and difficult places, thereby spreading examples and brave actions with the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there is a Police, where there is difficulty, there is a Police".

With valuable artifacts, documents and vivid, emotional films, the exhibition sections honor and spread to the public the achievements, contributions and sacrifices of many generations of police officers and soldiers. Thereby, arousing pride in the glorious tradition of the police force, joining the flow of national history, creating motivation and inspiration to firmly step into the new era - the era of national development. The image of the regular, elite and modern Vietnamese police clearly demonstrates the role and strength of the force as the "sword of the Party", the core of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and being absolutely loyal to the Party, the State and the people. The activities at the exhibition also contribute to raising awareness of the rule of law, promoting community responsibility in ensuring security and order, thereby promoting the movement of the whole people to protect national security.

Pioneering firmly into the new era

The CAND exhibition spaces at the exhibition also highlight the journey towards the future, ready to "create and develop" with breakthrough achievements in streamlining the apparatus, science and technology, and international integration.

In recent times, the Public Security Forces have been exemplary in streamlining the organizational structure to ensure effective and efficient operations; at the same time, they have proactively equipped and mastered modern weapons, technology and equipment, worthy of being the "steel shield" protecting the Party, the State and the People to firmly step into the new era. The exhibition spaces will highlight the efforts and achievements of the Public Security Forces in promoting their pioneering and exemplary role in implementing the arrangement and organization of the apparatus to create a truly streamlined, strong, efficient and effective apparatus in accordance with the policies of the Party and the State. The streamlining of the apparatus was urgently implemented by the Ministry of Public Security with the spirit of effort and the highest political determination. After more than 7 years, the organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security has been streamlined, the staff has been reasonably structured, and all aspects of Public Security work have achieved comprehensive results, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency.

The exhibition will also highlight the digital transformation with databases playing a leading role in the rapid, comprehensive and sustainable development of the country. The Public Security Forces are the main force in advising, implementing the construction, and gradually perfecting the national database system; pioneering, leading, and exemplary in national digital transformation, reforming administrative procedures to serve socio-economic development; maintaining the leading role, leading the digital transformation of the whole country, creating motivation and inspiration for ministries, branches and localities.

In recent times, the completion of the construction of the national population database, citizen identification database, and specialized database has met the standards for digitizing records and documents and is the original database for digital transformation; reviewing, cutting down, and simplifying administrative procedures to deploy essential and urgent online public services to best serve the people. The Public Security Forces also advised on the deployment and strong promotion of public utilities (electronic health books, issuance of judicial records, full vehicle registration, vehicle registration control, driver's licenses, etc.), making efforts to resolve "bottlenecks" in the implementation of Project 06 of the Government, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform, basically meeting the requirements of building a democratic, professional, and modern administration.

In addition, the exhibition will introduce many documents and images of the Public Security Forces participating in peacekeeping missions, search and rescue missions abroad, thereby proving that the Vietnamese Public Security Forces are capable of solving international issues, contributing to expanding relations and enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena. In recent times, the Public Security Forces have been determined to innovate foreign affairs in the direction of "going first to pave the way".

The Public Security Forces have regularly focused on expanding and strengthening cooperation with international security and police organizations in many fields, especially in coordinating information sharing, supporting the fight against high-tech crimes, drugs, and criminality... In addition, the Vietnamese Public Security Forces are also considered "messengers of peace", participating in peacekeeping activities at the United Nations, and performing international search and rescue missions.

The exhibition space will also introduce images, artifacts, models, videos; flags of international organizations that Vietnam participates in (Interpol, ASEANAPOL...); photo album "Vietnam Police in international missions"; digital maps showing regional cooperation programs; along with modern solutions and technologies such as smart immigration control systems, AI cameras, anti-terrorism and crime prevention applications...

The Art Exhibition Corner “Six things Uncle Ho taught the People’s Public Security Forces” is presented through modern display solutions, harmoniously combining documentary images and artistic language. Thereby, honoring the Six things Uncle Ho taught – a sacred, priceless spiritual heritage, the “compass” for all thoughts and actions of the People’s Public Security Forces.
