Conference to commend typical advanced models of Hoang Su Phi commune

On the afternoon of August 25, the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune held a conference to commend advanced models, summarize the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; honor outstanding collectives and individuals, good people and good deeds and launch the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.

Leaders of Hoang Su Phi commune awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.

Hoang Su Phi commune was established on the basis of merging 5 administrative units including Vinh Quang town and the communes: Ban Luoc, Ngam Dang Vai, Tu Nhan, Dan Van, with 39 villages, where 13 ethnic groups live together. In the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in the area has spread widely, becoming an important driving force to promote socio-economic development. Many collectives and individuals have promoted the spirit of overcoming difficulties and being creative in production and labor, linking the emulation movement with key political tasks, contributing to building the New Rural Area and improving people's lives.

Leaders of Hoang Su Phi commune presented Certificates of Merit to typical advanced individuals.

A typical example is the movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas, model residential areas", people donated over 18,000 m² of land, contributed more than 36,600 working days, opened many new rural roads and relocated 112 livestock barns away from residential areas. The movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" was effectively implemented, by August 2025, the commune had completed the elimination of 257 temporary and dilapidated houses. In addition, the commune promoted administrative reform, widely launched "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh "; deployed the movements "All people participate in protecting national security", "Skilled mass mobilization", "Government mass mobilization" and the emulation movement "Cadres, civil servants and public employees practice office culture".

At the Conference, the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune awarded Certificates of Merit to 34 typical advanced collectives and 71 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.
