18 years of development - affirming the role of business bridge

Established in 2007 with the predecessor of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Small and Medium Enterprises Association, the Association has gone through 18 years of formation and development. The organization has gradually affirmed its role as a bridge between businesses and the government, contributing to improving the investment environment, promoting creative startups and developing human resources for the private economic sector.

The Association representative said: "We always strive to accompany member businesses, creating the most favorable conditions for them to firmly overcome difficulties, improve competitiveness and develop sustainably."

With the merger of three localities of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the business force in the whole region has now reached nearly 600,000 registered enterprises, of which about 400,000 are operating, creating jobs for nearly 4 million workers and contributing about 480,000 billion VND per year to the state budget.

Small and medium enterprises are considered the "backbone" of the regional economy, actively contributing to growth and creating jobs for millions of workers.

Notably, small and medium enterprises account for 98% and are considered the "backbone" of the regional economy, playing an important role in maintaining growth and innovation.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Association representative affirmed that it will continue to promote the spirit of creativity, improve the competitiveness of member businesses, and expand connection programs, support training and promote trade in the coming time.

Association representatives awarded certificates and honored typical enterprises with outstanding contributions in production and business activities.

Within the framework of the event, the product display and exhibition area of ​​40 member enterprises introduced many typical products, demonstrating the production capacity, technological innovation and strong entrepreneurial spirit of Ho Chi Minh City businessmen.
