With the spirit of "Solidarity - Pioneering - Creativity - Development" , the Congress focused on evaluating the results of the Youth Union and youth movement in the period 2020-2025; at the same time, setting out directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2025-2030.

The Congress carried out all the contents according to the proposed program: elected the Presidium, Secretariat, and Delegate Qualification Examination Board; listened to the political report and review report of the previous Executive Committee; discussed and contributed opinions to the documents of the Congresses of the Youth Union at all levels and the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Delegates voting
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union, term I, 2025-2030; elected the delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dong Nai province. The Congress also announced the decision to approve key positions, expressed gratitude to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary for the term 2022-2027 and passed the Congress Resolution.
Executive Committee
With the spirit of "Youth pride - Aspiration to reach far", the Congress called on union members and youth of Thuan Loi commune to continue promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity, contributing to building the homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
The Executive Committee awarded scholarships to children in difficult circumstances.
