Ha Giang Ward 1 held a meeting to review the plan to collect educational services and mobilize funding for the 2025-2026 school year.

On the morning of October 13, at the 4th floor Hall of the People's Committee of Ha Giang 1 Ward, the Appraisal Team of Ha Giang 1 Ward held a meeting to appraise the Plan for implementing service revenues, supporting educational activities and the Plan for mobilizing sponsorship of school units in the area, school year 2025-2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Le Xuan Manh, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, Head of the Appraisal Team; also attending the meeting were representatives of the ward's professional departments and offices and principals of kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in the ward.

According to Decision No. 829/QD-UBND dated September 29, the People's Committee of Ha Giang 1 Ward has established an Appraisal Team to evaluate, review and propose approval of service revenues to serve and support educational activities; at the same time, consider the funding mobilization plans of the schools. The appraisal is carried out based on Resolution No. 33/2021/NQ-HDND of Ha Giang province (old) and Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training .

In the appraisal report, the Appraisal Team reviewed the records of 15 school units, including 14 schools under Ha Giang 1 ward and Ha Giang Specialized High School. Basically, the revenues and collection levels of the schools were assessed to be in accordance with regulations, in line with the province's guidelines and agreed upon by the school community.

However, the report also pointed out some inconsistent contents. Some schools still explained the expenditures incorrectly; or there was a lack of consistency between the report, minutes and plan on specific revenue levels.

On that basis, the appraisal team requested the units to review the legal basis, ensuring that only valid documents are cited. At the same time, schools need to add the composition of the parent representative committee in the meeting minutes to agree on the collection fees before submitting to the ward People's Committee for approval.

At the end of the meeting, the Appraisal Team also requested the schools to edit and supplement the documents and return the complete version before 3:00 p.m. on October 14, 2025, for the Ward People's Committee to consider and officially approve.

The meeting took place in a serious, open and transparent spirit, demonstrating the efforts of the Ha Giang 1 ward government in ensuring that revenue and expenditure in education are in accordance with regulations and for the right purposes, contributing to improving the quality of education in the area.
