With the support of hundreds of officers and soldiers of Regiment 12, Division 3, Military Region 1, Nhan Ly Area 3 Defense Command and many other military units of Military Region 1 were present.

That image left in the hearts of the people emotions, admiration and respect for the spirit of "serving the people" of Uncle Ho's soldiers .

Ms. Le Thuy Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Huu Lung Commune, shared: During their duty in the commune, officers and soldiers of Regiment 12 actively coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities to support people in flooded areas, providing food and drinking water, moving people to safe places, and participating in cleaning the environment, clearing sewers, collecting garbage, helping households clear mud and soil, and repairing houses and schools.

“Despite the rainy weather and difficult conditions, you always uphold your sense of responsibility and dedication, not afraid of hardship, contributing to quickly stabilizing people's lives. Through this, the relationship between the army and the people is close, loyal, and strong,” Ms. Le Thuy Dung emphasized.
