Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a one-way kitchen at Na Khuong Kindergarten

On October 12, the People's Committee of Xuan Giang commune held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a one-way kitchen at Na Khuong Kindergarten. The project was built with socialized funding mobilized by comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, calling for support from organizations and individuals.

Leaders of Xuan Giang commune and Na Khuong Kindergarten performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the project.

Na Khuong Kindergarten is one of the educational institutions facing many difficulties in the commune, with inadequate facilities that do not meet the requirements for teaching and learning. The whole school has 370 students, of which 330 are boarding students, but the current kitchen does not meet the required structure and techniques.

The kitchen is built on an area of ​​100 m², designed according to food safety and hygiene standards of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training, including functional areas: Preliminary processing, processing, cooking, dividing meals, washing and sterilizing utensils. The project is expected to be completed after 2 months of construction.

The construction of a one-way kitchen aims to ensure a closed, scientific food processing process, avoid overlapping between raw and cooked food, meet food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to improving the quality of child care and nutrition in Xuan Giang commune.
