PTSC M&C Youth Union - Organizing training on Youth Union work for new Youth Union officers

In order to foster knowledge and professional skills for the Youth Union staff after the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, on October 11, 2025, the Youth Union of PTSC M&C Company organized a class on "Training on Youth Union work for Youth Union staff" with the participation of the Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries and Executive Committee members of the Company's Youth Union, affiliated Youth Union branches and division heads.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, comrade Duong Hong Thai - Secretary of the Company's Youth Union emphasized: "Training in Youth Union work is a practical activity, helping new Youth Union cadres to be fully equipped with basic knowledge, thereby promoting the sense of responsibility and organizational capacity in the practice of youth work at the Company."

The basic contents of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Charter were conveyed, helping the Youth Union cadres clearly understand the organizational principles of the Youth Union, the regulations on management of the organization and its members. In this training session, the Youth Union cadres focused on learning about the drafting of Youth Union documents, types of administrative documents, basic parts and regulations in a Youth Union document, ensuring professionalism and standards.

Also in the training session, the work of document and archives was brought up for discussion, to solicit opinions and suggestions on management forms and the application of digital technology to facilitate data entry, management and quick and timely retrieval, attracting the attention of the Union officials and enthusiastically participating in proposing ideas.

Through the training session, each Youth Union officer has gained more confidence, initiative and creativity in implementing youth movements, contributing to building a strong, disciplined, creative grassroots Youth Union organization, closely linked to the development of PTSC M&C.
