Bac Ninh leads the top 10 localities attracting the most FDI in the first 9 months of the year
In the first nine months of the year, the country recorded 28.54 billion USD in foreign direct investment (FDI), an increase of 15.2%, with Bac Ninh leading, followed by Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, and Gia Lai.
