Accordingly, the organization of concerts in recent times has shown positive social effects. The Prime Minister requested the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with national media agencies to develop a plan to maintain and promote art performances with innovative content, encourage artists' creativity, apply modern performance technology and research the name "Vietnam Spirit Festival".

The Prime Minister 's directive also requires selecting suitable regions, provinces, and cities to organize concerts at appropriate times, creating positive effects and energy for the entire nation, and preventing the situation of taking advantage of organizations that do not ensure quality, violate regulations, violate traditional customs, and negatively affect the cultural environment and cultural and spiritual life of the people.

In the context of the country's strong development, the public's demand for cultural and artistic enjoyment is becoming increasingly diverse and rich. Recent large-scale concerts such as "Fatherland in the Heart", "Radiant Vietnam"... with modern technology, from sound, light, digital screens to creative staging ideas have created a space of emotional sublimation, where tens of thousands of people immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere.

The echoes and positive influences in life show that these programs not only bring new artistic experiences, contributing to improving spiritual life but also measure patriotism associated with national spirit, having a deep appeal to young audiences. Especially, in the days when the whole country joyfully welcomes the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, music performances are no longer single events but are becoming a series of large-scale cultural activities, awaited by a large public.

In big cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc., organizing concerts has formed the habit of enjoying art among the public. This is also an environment that helps many young artists affirm their abilities, nurture creativity, and express the spirit of integration while still maintaining national identity. From that foundation, developing concerts into “Vietnam Spirit Festivals” will open up opportunities to shape a national cultural brand.

To realize this goal, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and national media agencies need to develop a systematic and synchronous plan in terms of scale, content and implementation methods, ensuring that each program is both exciting and attractive while fostering love for the homeland, arousing the spirit of solidarity and the desire for development. In addition, the construction of the "Vietnam Spirit Festival" requires a sense of social responsibility from artists and organizers. Each program must be staged on the basis of humanistic values, reflecting the spirit of contemporary Vietnam in the traditional source of the nation.

The selection of the local organization needs to be distributed by region, ensuring that the festival will spread positive energy to many provinces and cities, both affirming local identity and connecting in the common flow of national culture. More importantly, it is necessary to professionalize the entire organization process from content, technology to ticket issuance, control and audience coordination, avoiding shortcomings that affect the image of the event.

From the initial successes of the large-scale music performance, upgrading it to a “Vietnamese Spirit Festival” is a necessary step to create a cultural symbol of the times, affirming the spirit and strength of community cohesion, and enhancing the country’s position in the international arena. The combination of performing arts and promoting the country’s image will contribute to promoting the cultural industry, affirming the Vietnamese brand as creative, humane, and integrated.
