This presents a great opportunity for the province to develop further in the coming time. It's even more encouraging that many investors will come to the centrally-governed city, creating more job opportunities for local workers. This means that people's living standards will continuously improve, and importantly, social security will become increasingly stable.

Becoming a centrally-governed city, I believe that Thua Thien Hue will have more decisions and new opportunities to live up to its potential, and will have more policies and guidelines that are in line with the people's wishes, serving the people, and meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

As a Party member and a representative of the Ward People's Council, my responsibility, as well as that of every son and daughter of Hue, is to always strive to build and preserve what the province has and is currently possess, and to further develop Hue in the future through concrete and practical actions.

Initially, focus on strengthening propaganda among cadres, Party members, and the people regarding the goals, targets, and tasks when the province becomes a centrally-governed city. Through this, continue to inspire pride and determination in each cadre, Party member, and citizen to live up to the title of Hue City as a centrally-governed city; build a spirit of unity and cooperation towards common goals for the city's development; and contribute to building a cleaner and stronger Party organization and political system, meeting the requirements of the new tasks.

Businesses in Hue are facing a great opportunity as Hue becomes a centrally-governed city. This is a good chance for businesses to develop sustainably and assert their position, but it also presents a significant challenge that forces them to innovate to live up to its potential.

Hue will receive more attention from the Government, central ministries and agencies, and domestic and foreign investment resources. This is a golden opportunity to improve infrastructure and build a dynamic and modern business environment. This is also the time for the government to better demonstrate its leadership role and create favorable conditions for business development. Government support policies need to be specific, focusing on removing administrative obstacles and reducing informal costs; financial and land mechanisms need to be implemented flexibly and transparently. Simultaneously, regular training programs to enhance management capacity and promote innovation should be developed; and linkages between local businesses and major investors should be built to further promote local business development.

Upon hearing the news that the National Assembly has approved the plan to establish Hue City as a centrally-governed city, as a young person born, raised, educated, and working in this land, I feel very proud. This is a well-deserved result of the efforts and strong aspirations of the Party Committee, the government, and every citizen of Hue; it is the hope of the entire political system and of generations of leaders throughout history.

Confident in its status as a centrally-governed city, Hue will have a better chance of attracting large, financially strong investors to research, invest in, and develop production and business activities. This will create favorable conditions for young people to develop and assert their pioneering role, connect with others, and proactively propose startup solutions; continue to leverage existing strengths and work together with the entire political system to build an increasingly prosperous homeland. This will be an opportunity to further promote the cultural values ​​of the ancient capital, which is both modern and ancient, and to play a pivotal role in urbanization, spreading and connecting with satellite cities.

In the process of building Thua Thien Hue into a centrally-governed city, the crucial role of youth union members and young people throughout the province is indispensable.
