Young Coast Guard officers provide support for the 2026 exam season.

On May 25th, Squadron 102 of the Coast Guard Region 1 Command, in coordination with local organizations, implemented the "Supporting the 2026 Exam Season" program, assisting nearly 2,000 students participating in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year at three examination sites: Nguyen Cong Tru High School, Nguyen Du High School, and Nghi Xuan High School in Nghi Xuan, Tien Dien, and Co Dam communes (Ha Tinh province).

This year's high school entrance exam in Ha Tinh province has over 21,000 registered candidates. To ensure the exam is conducted safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, local authorities, units, and functional forces have implemented a comprehensive range of measures to ensure security, traffic safety, and support for candidates at the examination sites.

As a unit stationed in Ha Tinh province, Squadron 102 proactively and actively coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, police forces, youth unions, and volunteer organizations to ensure thorough preparation; the unit donated over 500 bottles of bottled water to examination centers and mobilized officers and youth union members to support candidates and parents throughout the examination period.

From early morning, youth union members were present at the examination sites to help manage traffic flow, guide candidates through the procedures, provide free drinking water, and encourage them before the exam. Under the hot weather, the image of officers and union members in neat uniforms attentively handing out bottles of water and wholeheartedly assisting the candidates left a positive impression on parents and the local people.

Through the "Supporting Students During Exams 2026" program, the youth of the Coast Guard Region 1 Command continue to promote the pioneering spirit and responsibility of young military personnel in community activities; thereby contributing to spreading the image of a courageous and humane Coast Guard soldier, always accompanying the people, and instilling confidence and motivation in students to confidently enter this important exam period of their academic lives.
