It is special when the members of the team are the children of the families of workers, poor workers, even from loving homes.
* From the poor children's football team to one of the 4 best teams in the tournament
One of the core players of U.11 Trang Bom participating in this year's tournament is Le Minh Thuan (10 years old). I have a rather difficult situation, my mother died early, my father left the country, I was brought back to raise by my grandparents.
From a young age, I showed talent and love for football. Knowing his passion, but due to difficult circumstances and worries about money in the late afternoon, his grandparents could no longer afford to continue to take care of him.

Since then, Thuan was sent to the club and home of David to nurture, care for and practice football.
Referring to his family, Thuan shed tears: "I have lived with my grandparents since I was a child, when I arrived at the home, I was very homesick, so I was very sad. Now, I'm used to it, everyone here takes care of me and lets me pursue my passion for football. I will try to practice very well, so that I can become a professional player, and then have money to take care of my grandparents."
On the morning of August 4, there will be a semi-final match between U.8 Tan Phu (first place in Group B) and U.11 Trang Bom (second place in Group A). The players of Trang Bom U.11 will be determined to compete in order to achieve the best results to play in the final. |
Another difficult player is Cao Tran Gia Hung. Her parents are workers, so they often have to work overtime, so they have little time to take care of and transport their children to practice or competitions.
Understanding the hardships of his parents, even though his home is more than 5km away from the training center, Hung always wakes up early and rides his bike to practice with the team. With his qualities clearly revealed in each ball, Hung was noticed and led by the coaching board to participate in training and playing with the team.
* Overcoming adversity to write a beautiful story
Unlike some players of other teams, when they are picked up, taken care of and cheered by their relatives, many players of Trang Bom U.11 have difficult conditions. Most of the children's parents are busy with work, so they can't come to support the competition.

However, that does not make them feel sad or discouraged. In contrast, every time the team entered the match, the team's competitive spirit did not decrease, but they worked together to save every opportunity to win.
Coach U.11 Trang Bom Nguyen Trieu Phuong said that despite the difficult family situation, the children have one thing in common: they always try to practice hard, and the desire to show themselves through each match.

Their efforts paid off when they were among the top 4 teams of the group stage to compete in the semi-finals.
Football always contains special things and one of the special things of this year's tournament is the efforts of the players from U.11 Trang Bom.
