PSSI technical director Indra Sajfri said: "At the moment PSSI is still in discussions with clubs about summoning players."

In fact, Thailand and Vietnam also face similar difficulties, but both teams have joined and practiced for a long time. In the near future, they will have a friendly match to prepare for the tournament, while Indonesia is still as calm as ever.
The 23 Southeast Asian U2023 Championship will be held in Thailand from August 17 to 26. Indonesia is in Group B with Timor Leste and Malaysia, while Vietnam is in Group C with Laos and the Philippines.
