At the meeting, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Cam Lo Commune Party Committee reported on the preparations for the First Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030. In accordance with the directives and plans of the Central and Provincial authorities, the Standing Committee of the Cam Lo Commune Party Committee has issued guiding documents and established subcommittees to serve the congress.

The organization of congresses for subordinate Party committees and branches has been carried out on schedule. The political reports presented to the congresses were meticulously prepared, of high quality, and closely aligned with the functions and tasks of the Party organizations, agencies, and units.

Regarding the preparation of documents and related content for the Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, the third draft of the Political Report has been completed and finalized for review and approval by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

The political report closely followed the guiding documents on content and structure; the congress theme had all four elements. The number of delegates attending the commune Party congress and the delegation to the provincial Party congress were prepared in accordance with the plan and structure...

Regarding the congress theme, the basic elements are ensured, but it does not yet reflect the spirit of innovation in the context of digital transformation. The core content needs to be streamlined and clarified to make the theme clear, concise, and impactful.

Concluding the session, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Dang Quang, emphasized: The documents for this Party Congress of the commune are of a special nature, representing a process of "transformation" from the district level to the new commune level. The political report needs to spread the spirit of the congress's theme, accurately reflect the current situation, and be based on historical foundations.

In addition, it is necessary to reassess the situation from July 1st to the present; identify key tasks for the next five years, and clearly point out specific difficulties. Besides the "hard" targets, the resolution needs to include practical targets. The commune also needs to propose specific contents and can participate deeply in provincial and central-level documents... Emphasis should be placed on the propaganda work for the congress, ensuring it is solemn, economical, and appropriate to the conditions and requirements.
