Nguyen Thanh Phong Notary Office was established and began operations in 2019. Its office is located at 343 Tran Hung Dao Street, Zone 1, Vinh Chau Ward, Can Tho City.

Areas of practice include: Notarizing all types of civil transaction contracts related to property; notarizing wills; declaring, rejecting, and agreeing on the division of inheritance; agreeing on and dividing common property of spouses; making certified copies, certifying the signatures of translators and on various documents and papers. Other types of transaction contracts that the law requires to be notarized.

Notaries provide public services mandated by the State to ensure legal security for parties involved in transactions; prevent disputes; contribute to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations; and promote socio -economic stability and development.

The office ensured the collection of notarization fees and related service charges in accordance with regulations; and fulfilled its rights and obligations to the State annually.
