I hope that today's young generation will remember the most noble things that previous generations sacrificed so that today our homeland and country have peace and a happy life. As someone who has been involved in traditional medicine for the past 40 years, I also hope that future generations will continue to study, preserve and further promote traditional medicine. I hope that the State will provide more support in terms of facilities to develop traditional medicine better and better.

For me, this is also a recognition of 30 years of dedication and contribution to the field of literature and arts. I am even more proud that in my hometown of Ben Tre, we artists and writers received the award named after Patriotic Poet Nguyen Dinh Chieu. Through the achievements of the province's literature and arts sector in recent times, I hope that today's young generation of the province will continue to preserve and promote them. We need to pay attention and find solutions to nurture the next generation. The young generation of artists and writers need to continue to cherish their passion and strive to contribute, creating works that breathe modern life so that literature and arts can reach the public and accompany society in the new era.

In 50 years, Ben Tre has not only changed in appearance but also enriched in soul. All of this is the result of many generations who have shed sweat, effort, and blood to build the homeland. In that journey, literature and art are not left out. We young people always ask ourselves: "What will we write, sing, draw... to be worthy of our previous generations, and so that future generations can still find the soul of the homeland in each work?"

I believe that the responsibility of today’s young artists is not only to compose and perform, but also to preserve memories, to inspire a beautiful life, a life with ideals. We may not have gone through all the hardships like our ancestors, but we have a heart that loves our homeland and a great aspiration – the aspiration to build Ben Tre not only with our hands but also with our souls and creativity. We want to tell the world about a Ben Tre that is not only heroic, but also rich in humanity, full of love and is rising strongly in the new era.

Today, in the atmosphere of the proud historical days of April of the nation and the province towards the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation and reunification of the South and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Ben Tre province, I am very honored and proud to witness these historical moments. The youth of the province would like to express our deep gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed their blood to protect and regain independence and freedom for the Fatherland and build the homeland so that today's young generation can enjoy proud achievements. Watching the documentary films and emotional art programs, we clearly felt the hardships, losses and indomitable spirit of our nation in the journey to regain independence.

April 30, 1975 is not only a glorious historical milestone, but also a reminder to the younger generation of the responsibility to preserve and develop the homeland. And that is why we are more aware of our role: to study, practice, live with ideals, be responsible for ourselves, our families and society; contribute with all our enthusiasm and intelligence to help build Vietnam to become increasingly rich and powerful.
