Accordingly, from September 13th to 30th, Vietravel Airlines will receive and transport relief goods free of charge on flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The maximum cargo per flight is 500kg, including essential goods, food (instant noodles, dried food, packaged ready-to-eat food), bottled water, medical supplies, medicines, etc. This program applies to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, People's Committees of provinces and cities, the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels, and charitable funds. Organizations and individuals can contact the above-mentioned agencies and organizations to receive free transportation. The contact point for information at Vietravel Airlines is the Cargo Department - 0772928205. In addition, Vietravel Airlines is also implementing a policy of free ticket changes and refunds for customers with household registration in Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Hai Phong , and Quang Ninh provinces.
