Viettel Binh Phuoc meets with distribution channels.

BPO - On the afternoon of December 9th, Viettel Binh Phuoc organized a meeting to express gratitude and honor its distribution channels in 2024. The meeting was attended by nearly 500 outstanding distribution channels from throughout the province.

Viettel Binh Phuoc currently has 175 individuals participating in the direct sales channel, who are the force bringing Viettel's products and services to customers throughout the province. They also support the reception and resolution of customer complaints at nearly 3,500 sales points across the province, along with 6 authorized stores and a chain of 4 supermarkets.

The meeting was attended by nearly 500 representative distribution channels from across the province.

In 2024, the direct sales channel successfully converted nearly 75,000 mobile subscribers from 2G and 3G to 4G; assisted people in installing Mysign digital signatures; and standardized subscriber information in the "4-Coverage" campaign. Sales points promoted the development of nearly 35,000 active 4G subscribers through new activations. The rate of 4G subscribers registering for data service packages/new subscribers reached nearly 80%.

Mr. Vu Tuan Dung, Director of Viettel Binh Phuoc, expressed his gratitude to the distribution channels for their companionship and significant contributions to the sustainable development of Viettel Binh Phuoc over the past year.

Currently, nearly 125,000 subscribers in the province have installed and are using the Viettel Money application for electronic payments. In 2024, Viettel Binh Phuoc was the first network operator to broadcast 60 5G base stations in the centers of districts, towns, and cities.

Viettel Binh Phuoc aims to further increase 4G coverage and expand 5G base station deployment in 2025 to improve customer service quality and support the province in its digital transformation initiatives.
