BPO - On the afternoon of December 9, Viettel Binh Phuoc held a conference to meet, express gratitude and honor the distribution channel in 2024. The meeting was attended by nearly 500 typical distribution channels in the whole province.
Viettel Binh Phuoc currently has 175 individuals participating in the direct sales channel, which is the force that brings Viettel products and services to customers throughout the province. At the same time, it supports receiving and proposing solutions to customer complaints with nearly 3,500 points of sale covering the entire province and 6 authorized stores, a chain of 4 supermarkets.
The meeting was attended by nearly 500 typical distribution channels in the whole province.
In 2024, the direct sales channel converted nearly 75,000 mobile subscribers from 2G, 3G to 4G; supported people to install Mysign digital signatures; standardized subscriber information in the "4-cover" campaign. Points of sale promoted the development of nearly 35,000 real 4G subscribers from new activations. The rate of 4G subscribers registering for data service packages/newly developed subscribers reached nearly 80%.
The whole province currently has nearly 125 thousand subscribers installing and using the Viettel Money application for electronic payments. In 2024, Viettel Binh Phuoc will be the first network operator to broadcast 60 5G stations in the centers of districts, towns and cities.
Viettel Binh Phuoc aims to continue increasing 4G coverage and continuing to expand 5G station broadcasting in 2025 to improve customer service quality and accompany the province in digital transformation tasks.
On this occasion, Viettel Binh Phuoc leaders awarded 21 sales channels honored as excellent sales channels in 2024.
