The Military Telecommunications and Industry Corporation has been honored as "Best Workplace in Asia" for three consecutive years.

Thus, for three consecutive years, Viettel has maintained this title and is ranked among the top 120 domestic and international companies with the best working environments in Vietnam in 2023. To be honored as "Best Workplace in Asia 2023," businesses must go through two rounds of surveys with rigorous evaluation criteria, based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) which includes criteria such as: CORE (Collective Organisation for Real Engagement) assessing culture, discipline, leadership capabilities, and innovative initiatives; SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) assessing the level of engagement and emotions at work; and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do) measuring the level of cooperation among members with the company. Viettel has demonstrated its ability to create a highly engaged work environment, fostering a harmonious ecosystem that promotes development, innovation, and collaboration.

The award was presented by HR Asia Magazine and Business Media International (BMI).
