VinFast has signed new Memorandums of Understanding with partners.

The event, organized by VinFast, brought together for the first time more than 200 investors and partners who have been, are, and will be working with VinFast in the North American, European, Middle Eastern, Indian, Indonesian, Philippine, and Kazakhstani markets, marking a new step for the company in its strategy to expand its global service network.

According to the MOU, international partners are expected to establish VinFast's globally standardized electric vehicle service workshops in their respective markets. VinFast will ensure superior and consistent service quality through the implementation of a globally standardized technician training and certification program, synchronized operational and quality control processes, and a parts supply system aimed at delivering common parts within 24 hours in key markets.

The new agreements are part of VinFast's long-term strategy to develop a comprehensive electric vehicle ecosystem to international standards, including after-sales service, charging infrastructure, and customer support services.

This step is expected to further accelerate the transition to electric vehicles and ensure VinFast customers receive support throughout the product lifecycle.

VinFast's international strategy is built on a foundation of proven operational and after-sales capabilities in Vietnam. By the end of 2025, VinFast had developed nearly 400 service centers nationwide, bringing the total number of service centers internationally to nearly 800.

Building on this foundation, VinFast aims to expand to over 1,100 service centers globally by 2026, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The system will be implemented using diverse models, including dealerships serving individual customers, transportation businesses, and local third-party service center partners.

Simultaneously, VinFast is implementing various policies to support customers, including a commitment to repair times in Vietnam, support for replacement vehicles in international markets, and services such as battery checks, software updates, and technical support throughout the ownership period.

Mr. Bui Viet Hung, Deputy General Director of Global After-Sales at VinFast, stated: “Our goal is not only to expand our network, but also to build a customer-centric after-sales ecosystem, delivering outstanding experiences on a global scale. Through cooperation with experienced local partners and the application of VinFast’s global standards, we aim for superior, fast, and reliable after-sales service quality. We also aspire to bring the 5-star service culture and the dedication of Vietnamese people to the world , contributing to creating a distinctive experience for international customers.”
