When mentioning Captain Nguyen Vu Thu Huong, at Military Hospital 354, everyone immediately remembers the pretty girl who is the head of the program "Information you need to know" which is being organized very effectively at the hospital. With her creativity and enthusiasm, Thu Huong has actively deployed propaganda content about medical examination and treatment procedures, health insurance policies and regimes, health care and laws, broadcast on the screen system in the waiting rooms for examination and treatment and internal radio, helping patients and their families when coming for examination to better understand their rights and obligations.

In addition, Thu Huong is also an active member of the Hospital's "Young Volunteer Doctors and Nurses Team", actively participating in charity programs; regularly participating in the Hospital's working delegation to examine and provide health consultation to meritorious people and the elderly in Cao Bang province and Hanoi ; actively participating in humanitarian blood donation, contributing to saving the lives of many patients treated at the Hospital.

In recent years, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Dat, along with his wife, has worked with the Finance Department, General Staff Department, and Division 371 to advise the Party Committee and Division commanders to effectively perform the state financial management function. At the same time, he has proactively advised on the development of annual budget estimates; completed financial work in a unified, law-abiding manner, in accordance with State regulations and national defense specificities.

As the Head of the Board, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Dat has directed the finance at all levels in the Division to deploy the work of preparing annual budget estimates to ensure comprehensiveness, publicity, transparency, and compliance with procedures and regulations; allocate financial resources in the right direction, with focus and key points; ensure adequate and timely capital for units, urge units to complete documents, disburse and pay 100% of the capital allocated by the Service, contributing to meeting the requirements on project progress. Thanks to that, it has created innovation in financial management, better meeting the regular, sudden, and newly arising tasks of the Division.

Not only is he solid in his expertise, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Dat is also very active in scientific research, innovation, and technical improvement. From 2023 to now, he has had 2 topics participating in the Creative Youth Award in the Army. Of which, in the 24th time (2024), the topic: "Improving the personal qualities of pilots in the current Air Force Division 371" of which he is the project manager won second prize. In the 25th time (2025), the topic: "Improving the quality of state budget expenditure management for basic construction investment in the Air Defense - Air Force today" of which he is the project manager won third prize. In 2021, 2023, 2024, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Dat all achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level and was awarded many certificates of merit and certificates of merit of all kinds.
