NDO - After nearly two months of implementing the qualifying round nationwide, on December 21, at Quan Ngua Sports Palace, Hanoi, Tien Phong Newspaper coordinated with the Central Youth Union to organize the Final Round of the National STEM, AI and Robotics Championship 2024 (VSAR).
In his opening speech, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper Phung Cong Suong said: The Organizing Committee has organized preliminary and preliminary rounds and selected more than 1,000 best candidates to participate in the final rounds of the tournaments, including more than 900 candidates from 21 provinces and cities competing live today in Hanoi and 112 candidates competing online in the final round of Virtual Robot.
In particular, the competition also had the participation of international contestants from China, India and Malaysia to compete in friendly matches. This demonstrates the appeal and spread of the competition not only domestically but also attracts the attention of students in the region.
"This year's final round includes 5 main tournaments, each tournament is associated with practical topics such as: Green Agriculture - Sustainable Development, Smart Delivery Robots, or creative programming challenges in future school models. These topics not only help students practice their thinking, programming, and robot creation skills, but also aim to solve practical problems, contributing to the sustainable development of society," Mr. Phung Cong Suong shared.
Representing the contestants, Do Hoang Giang said: Coming to the contest, we not only bring robots but also a passion for technology, creativity and a spirit of learning and exchange. This is an opportunity for us to challenge ourselves, explore new limits, and learn valuable lessons from friends across the country and internationally.
