Total liabilities increased by over 22% to VND 23,459 billion, with more than half being bank loans. The company raised VND 3,000 billion through bond issuance in three tranches. The first tranche was issued in July 2021 with an interest rate of 9% per year. The remaining two tranches were issued in September 2023, bearing an interest rate of 10.5% per year.

The Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited was established in 1996 as a partnership between the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (Becamex IDC - BCM) and a consortium of Singaporean investors led by Sembcorp Development Group.

According to the consolidated semi-annual financial report for 2025, Becamex IDC recorded the value of its investment in this joint venture at nearly VND 7,600 billion. BCM's leadership had previously set a goal of listing VSIP on the stock exchange in the future to elevate its development.

Starting with VSIP in Binh Duong (formerly), the company now owns 20 industrial park projects in 14 provinces and cities. These industrial parks attract approximately 880 investors from 30 countries and territories with a total capital of 15 billion USD and create 250,000 jobs.

From the end of 2023 to the present, they have commenced construction of additional industrial parks in Thai Binh (now Hung Yen ), Lang Son, and Quang Ngai, and have also received investment approval for a project in Nam Dinh (now Ninh Binh). VSIP also plans to develop low-carbon, high-tech industrial parks and green data centers to align with Vietnam's green transformation orientation.
