Colonel Nguyen Thai Duong, Deputy Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 4, reported the results of implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in the first 6 months of the year; directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.
Accordingly, it is remarkable that the Regional Military Commission has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, directives and regulations of the Party, the State, the Army and the Coast Guard on building and promoting grassroots democracy.
Party committees and commanders of agencies and units throughout the region have regularly paid attention to and strengthened their leadership and direction, improving the quality and efficiency of the implementation of regulations.
The Region BTL has issued many documents in order to maximize the mastery of all servicemen in all aspects of work and activities, build a unit with a democratic, open, united and highly unified atmosphere, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Van Xuan acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the results of implementing grassroots democracy regulations in all aspects of work of the Coast Guard Region 4 Marine Corps.
In a sincere and open atmosphere, the Deputy Political Commissar of the Coast Guard informed the officers and soldiers of the unit some outstanding international, regional and domestic news and the general development of the force.
Major General emphasized that democratic dialogue is a regular form regularly organized by the Coast Guard Command in order to promote democracy of all officers and soldiers in contributing to leadership, direction, organization and implementation of tasks of Party committees and commanders at all levels.
