Securing a job opportunity in Japan – a leading country in information technology – has long been a desire of many technology students and those working in the technology field, especially information technology. However, many concerns and psychological barriers, such as salary and benefits or not knowing Japanese, have led to hesitation and reluctance among many Vietnamese technology students and staff before experiencing Japan. Therefore, the "Working as a Network Administrator in Japan" workshop was organized to provide information about practical technology job opportunities in Japan, targeting all university and college students, whether they already know Japanese or not, to directly interact with leaders from participating organizations. At the workshop, leaders from several Japanese companies shared with students currently studying network administration at various universities about "The future of network engineering and the demand for human resources from abroad to Japan." Furthermore, the leaders also provided assessments from Japanese recruiters regarding IT and network engineering personnel in Vietnam.Memorandum of Understanding on student benefits for program participants between BKACAD and Suganuma Group.
