Accordingly, the Wuling Bingo 2026 electric scooter will be distributed in Vietnam in three versions: standard, Plus, and Max, with expected prices of 399 million, 469 million, and 499 million VND respectively. Compared to the previous version, the starting price remains the same. In this upgrade, Wuling has made quite a few refinements to the interior of the car. On the standard version, the power-adjustable driver's seat and the familiar dual 10.25-inch screens have been removed, replaced by a manually adjustable seat and a single 7-inch screen behind the steering wheel.
In return, the company added automatic headlights, a new armrest, and repositioned the gear shifter to a paddle shifter behind the steering wheel. For the two higher-end versions, Plus and Max, in addition to the changes similar to the standard version, the car will be equipped with a 360-degree camera system to assist with visibility. In the new version, the traditional manual gear shifter has been completely replaced by an electronic gear shifter integrated behind the steering wheel, freeing up space in the center armrest and creating more storage compartments.
The Wuling Bingo 2026 will have all its charging ports converted to the CCS2 standard, replacing the old charging standard used in the Chinese market. This change allows the vehicle to be compatible with most public charging stations currently available in Vietnam without the need for an adapter, shortening charging time from 30% to 80% in approximately 35 minutes.
In terms of performance, the two lower-end versions of the Wuling Bingo 2026 have a 31.9 kWh battery pack, providing a range of 333 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line version uses a 38 kWh battery, increasing the range to 410 km according to the manufacturer's specifications. In terms of safety features, the model retains basic features such as rear parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring, four-wheel disc brakes, and hill-start assist. The difference lies in the number of airbags, with the standard version having only two airbags, while the two higher-end versions have four. Although switching to the CCS2 port makes charging more flexible, observers believe Wuling Bingo will still face significant challenges as its charging station infrastructure is not yet as diverse and widespread as that of its direct competitor, VinFast, in the domestic market.
As an equipment upgrade, the 2026 Bingo remains unchanged in terms of design. However, the color palette has been updated with three new options: Pastel Purple, Ivory White, and Denim Blue. The interior continues to maintain the old "Floating Island" design, but features new Honey Brown and Caramel Brown color schemes. The upgraded version of the 2026 Wuling Bingo A-segment electric hatchback is now available at authorized dealerships in Vietnam. Early buyers will receive a "Pioneer Privilege" package, exclusively for the first 500 customers who place a deposit, with a total value of up to 19 million VND.
