Dai Lanh Commune requires people not to stay in cages when there is an evacuation order.

On the afternoon of November 26, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Liem - Vice Chairman of Dai Lanh Commune People's Committee said that to respond to storm No. 15, the locality has established 2 working groups to inspect aquaculture management in the local sea area.

The working groups directly go to the aquaculture areas of the people at sea to count all the cages, in which they specifically identify the cage owners; the address of the sea area where they are farming; the cage area, the number of rafts, the number of cages, the aquatic species being farmed; the number of workers, and the temporary residence registration. At the same time, they mobilize people to have a plan to harvest aquatic products early; reinforce the cages; and sign a commitment not to stay in the cages when there is an order to relocate from the Commune Civil Defense Command.

The leader of the Commune People's Committee also said that the locality is closely monitoring the storm's developments and strictly implementing the instructions of superiors; at the same time, identifying vulnerable areas to develop plans to evacuate people to safe places when situations arise.
