The commune police reviewed the traditions of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Police and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for Protecting National Security; they also reported on the results of security and order maintenance work in the first six months of the year and the movement of all citizens participating in protecting national security…

At the program, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Khuyen, Head of the Dai Phuoc Commune Police, stated: Building the movement must first and foremost be for the benefit of the people, stemming from the demands of people's lives. Therefore, the police force needs to closely coordinate with various sectors and organizations, linking the movement with campaigns and socio -economic development programs; it needs to integrate this movement with revolutionary campaigns and movements, and economic, cultural, and social development programs of the Party, State, ministries, organizations, and localities. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the core, pioneering, and proactive role of the police force in developing plans to ensure security and order, harnessing the strength of the entire population, and gradually building a solid people's security posture.

On this occasion, the organizing committee honored many outstanding groups and individuals and presented gifts to disadvantaged people in the commune.
