The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4553/QD-UBND classifying historical and cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi city.

According to the decision, the following historical and cultural relics are classified as city-level relics: Tan Do Temple, Noi Temple, Thuong Temple and Thuong Pagoda (Linh Nhac Temple), Hong Son commune (formerly Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district); Phu La Pagoda (Ba Do Temple) and Ha Quat Pagoda (Pha Coc Temple), Hong Son commune (formerly Hop Tien commune, My Duc district); Ha communal house, Te Tieu village, My Duc commune (formerly Dai Nghia town, My Duc district); Dong Van communal house, My Duc commune (formerly An Phu commune, My Duc district); Hien Luong communal house, Huong Son commune (formerly An Tien commune, My Duc district).

After the relic is ranked, the People's Committees of Hong Son, My Duc, and Huong Son communes are responsible for publicly disclosing the delineated protected area of ​​the relic and organizing the preparation of boundary markers and implementing the placement of boundary markers on the ground according to their authority and current legal regulations; and issuing a decision to establish a Relic Management Board. The organization manages the site and space of the relic, all artifacts belonging to the relic, activities to protect and promote the value of the relic, and uses revenue from the relic in accordance with Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016 and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on promulgating regulations and amending and supplementing some articles of the regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical and cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi city.

The City People's Committee strictly prohibits all activities related to construction and exploitation within the classified historical site and designated protected areas. In exceptional cases requiring land use or construction within the historical site, permission must be obtained from the City People's Committee.
