Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 is expected to launch in Q2 2025.

Recently, in a Weibo post, leaker Digital Chat Station revealed key details about the Xiaomi MIX Flip, including the launch timeline.

Accordingly, the Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset – making it the first foldable phone to use this chip.

Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 is expected to launch in Q2 2025.

In terms of design, it will be less similar to the previous generation except for minor changes in the external shape. However, Xiaomi has made efforts to reduce screen creases in the second generation.

The MIX Flip 2 is expected to launch with several customized versions for women, including color combinations. Sources also reveal the device will have a 3,825mAh + 1,225mAh battery, providing a rated value of 5,050mAh and a typical value of 5,100mAh. It will support 50W wireless charging and have IPX8 water resistance.

Previous leaks indicated that the MIX Flip 2 will have a 6.85-inch LTPO OLED display offering a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its rear camera setup will feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS support and a 50MP ultrawide lens.

Leaker Digital Chat Station also revealed that the MIX Flip 2 will launch in China in Q2 and will soon be available globally.
