Xuan Loc replicates the model of "Exchanging weapons, explosives, and support tools for helmets"

To carry out the peak of attacking and suppressing crime, Xuan Loc Commune Police has stepped up propaganda and mobilized people to voluntarily hand over weapons, explosives (VLN), and support tools (CCHT). Especially, replicating the model of "Exchanging weapons, explosives, and support tools for helmets".

Accordingly, people who voluntarily hand over weapons, explosives, and CCHT will be given a standard helmet. This has practical significance, both encouraging people to actively participate in the national movement to protect national security and contributing to raising awareness of compliance with the Road Traffic Law.

Ethnic minority youth voluntarily handed over primitive weapons and received helmets from the police.

It is known that Xuan Loc Commune Police coordinated to organize legal propaganda for nearly 150 people of Cho Ro, Muong, and Nung ethnic groups residing in Trung Nghia, Gia Hoa, and Tho Trung hamlets. Here, people were informed of regulations on the management and use of weapons, explosives, and CCHT; analyzed the consequences and risks of illegal storage, purchase, sale, and use. Right at the propaganda session, people voluntarily handed over 20 primitive weapons and received 20 helmets.

Xuan Loc Commune Police said that since the model was implemented, the unit has received nearly 80 weapons of all kinds, including many homemade guns, knives, swords, machetes, and other types of CCHT such as electric batons, pepper sprays, etc. People who handed in their weapons also received helmets from the program.
