Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy visited and congratulated the Khmer people on Sen Dolta festival.

On the afternoon of September 19, a delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Ho Thanh Thuy visited and presented gifts to congratulate the Sen Dolta festival at pagodas in the province. Accompanying the delegation was Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Tan Bay.

The delegation visited and presented gifts at Dau Pagoda, Cai Gia Giua Pagoda and Chot Pagoda (Hung Hoi Commune); Kim Cau Pagoda (Vinh Trach Ward); Xiem Can Pagoda (Hiep Thanh Ward).

At the places visited, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy informed about the situation of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system and the organization of local government at 02 levels in the province in recent times, which has achieved many positive results; the apparatus has been streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently, promoting the potential and strengths of the locality; the commune-level government has been gradually consolidated, strengthened and has many innovations in direction and administration, increasingly taking better care of the people's lives. The above results were achieved thanks to the solidarity, unity and support of the people; in which, there is a significant contribution of the Khmer ethnic people in the province.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy acknowledged and highly appreciated the role and contributions of the Khmer ethnic people to the overall development of the province in recent times.

The delegation of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to the Management Board of Chua Chot Pagoda.

In the remaining months of 2025, the province will focus on directing key tasks, especially tasks and solutions for socio -economic development; actively prepare conditions for organizing congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels towards the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term and the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy added.

To complete the above tasks, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy hopes that the management board, the propagation board, monks, nuns, Buddhists of the pagodas and Khmer people will continue to promote good traditions; strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, local regulations, and work with the Party committee and local authorities to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province presented gifts to pagodas, monks, nuns, management boards, propagation boards and prestigious people among the Khmer people; at the same time, wished the monks, nuns, Buddhists and Khmer people in the province a joyful, safe and economical Sen Dolta festival.
