* The Duong Hoa Commune Business Association Congress had 137 delegates attending the Congress. According to the report, the Duong Hoa Commune Business Association was established on the basis of merging 4 organizations of Duong Lieu, Cat Que, Minh Khai, Yen So Business Associations with a total of 137 enterprises. Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Duong Hoa Commune Le Duc Phong praised the achievements of the Duong Hoa Commune Business Association, and at the same time requested the Association to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation and improve the quality of the Association to attract more businesses to participate; proactively seize opportunities, innovate, improve competitiveness, adapt to the digital transformation and integration process. The Congress also unanimously elected the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Association for the 2025-2030 term, and Mr. Phi Van Phong was elected as Chairman of the Duong Hoa Commune Business Association.

Thuan An Commune Trade Union was established at the end of September 2025 under Decision No. 1946 of the City Labor Federation, with 43 grassroots Trade Unions and 1,576 union members. The 1st Congress of Thuan An Commune Trade Union is an important historical milestone, laying the foundation for the formation and development of the Commune Trade Union organization.

Attention to working conditions helps workers' income to be stable and gradually increase, their material and spiritual life to be improved and enhanced; occupational safety and hygiene work is well implemented by agencies, units and enterprises...

In the political report presented to the Congress, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union also pointed out the advantages, difficulties and challenges of the Trade Union organization in the coming time. The Congress also clearly defined the goals and directions with 8 specific targets, 3 breakthroughs and 6 key task groups.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Thuan An Commune Party Committee Dao Xuan Truong acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Thuan An Commune Trade Union in the past time. The leaders of the city and commune emphasized that in the coming time, the Commune Trade Union will continue to build a team of union officials who are politically steadfast, professionally skilled, dedicated to their work, and have the capacity to meet the requirements of the new period; gradually expand the network of union members, develop the organization in both quantity and quality.

Perform well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, be a reliable support for union members and workers; promote the core role in patriotic emulation movements, associated with the political tasks of the commune, arouse and spread the spirit of "Good worker, Creative worker", "Building new rural areas, civilized urban areas"...

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term; announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Thuan An Commune Trade Union, Term I. Ms. Dinh Thi Lien holds the position of Chairwoman of the Commune Trade Union.
