HNP - On the morning of October 10, the Executive Committee of the Dong Da Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held the 4th Conference to discuss and approve many important contents, in order to concretize and deploy the goals, targets and tasks set out by the 1st Ward Party Congress.

Party Secretary, Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Viet delivered a concluding speech at the Conference.

At the Conference, the members of the Ward Party Executive Committee demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, promoted democracy and intelligence, focused on discussions and contributed many profound and practical opinions to the contents of the Conference. The Ward Party Standing Committee and relevant agencies seriously received, explained and completed the documents before voting for approval.

The conference unanimously approved important projects and work programs for the 2025-2030 term, including: The full-term work program of the Dong Da Ward Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Report on Party building work, implementation of tasks and targets for socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the first 9 months of the year; key directions and tasks for the last 3 months of 2025 of the Dong Da Ward Party Executive Committee. Full-term inspection and supervision program of the Ward Party Executive Committee. Project to establish the Party Committee of the Dong Da Ward business sector. Guidance on personnel work for the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, Plan to implement the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The report at the Conference showed that, right from the first days of operation, the Ward Party Committee has focused on directing the Party Building Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Party Committee Office, the Fatherland Front and other organizations, departments and related units to urgently improve the organizational structure, arrange and assign cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers to ensure compliance with the new situation. At the same time, it has reviewed and issued operating regulations and assigned tasks to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management in the ward, clearly defining responsibilities and authorities, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

In the third quarter of 2025, the ward received and processed 1,345 State administrative documents and issued 1,101 documents to direct and manage socio-economic development and activities in the ward's fields. Successfully organized the first Congress of Dong Da Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Da Ward and socio -political organizations of the ward, term 2025-2030. The ward Party Committee has resolutely implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. The ward has strengthened the management of budget revenue and expenditure in the area, ensuring regular expenditure activities. Also at the Conference, the Relief Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward received 100 million VND from Thai Thinh Secondary School (Dong Da Ward) to support the Fund for the Poor in 2025 and support people affected by storms No. 10 and 11. Previously, on the morning of October 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward launched a campaign to support the Fund for the Poor (annually) to support people in difficulty in the area, and the Fund to support people affected by storms No. 10 and 11 until November 8, 2025.
