On the morning of October 11, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with Hung Yen Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd. to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the "Great Unity" house to Ms. Ngo Thi Nhuong, Bach Long village, Dong Chau commune. Ms. Ngo Thi Nhuong is a poor household, her family situation is very difficult, her house is dilapidated and seriously degraded. In this situation, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and Hung Yen Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd. have coordinated to provide financial support for Ms. Nhuong to build a new house.

After 2 months of construction, the house was completed with an area of ^​​52m2 , total cost over 200 million VND. In which, the support budget of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Company   Hung Yen Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd.   is 100 million VND; Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam , Thai Binh Branch supports 25 million VND; the remaining cost comes from relatives and local organizations.   support .

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated the family; at the same time, emphasizing that the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households and households in difficult circumstances is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the responsibility and morality of "loving others as you love yourself"; demonstrating the province's determination to improve living conditions and ensure social security for the people.
