Located on a plot of land nearly 1,300 m² in size, Binh Xa communal house is a provincial-level historical and cultural relic dedicated to National Hero Tran Quoc Tuan, who led his troops to victory against the Mongol invaders three times in the 13th century and is a talented general whose name is recorded in world history. Every year, the people of Binh Xa village organize a traditional festival to commemorate the contributions and achievements of Tran Quoc Tuan. The festival takes place over three days, from the 19th to the 21st of August in the lunar calendar.

Over time, Binh Xa communal house has suffered serious deterioration. To meet the needs of protecting and promoting the cultural and historical value of the monument, with the attention of leaders from various departments, agencies, and localities, and the generous contributions of local people, philanthropists, and those from the homeland living, working, and studying throughout the country, the communal house underwent comprehensive restoration and renovation in early 2024 with a total budget of nearly 7 billion VND. After more than a year of construction, the project has now been completed, meeting the cultural and spiritual needs of the people and contributing to the preservation and promotion of the local cultural and historical heritage.
