Attending and directing the Congress were Ms. Rơ Chăm H'Hồng - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Ân Tường commune; and 97 official delegates representing member organizations, outstanding individuals in various fields and sectors, intellectuals, entrepreneurs, people of all walks of life, and delegates representing the Fatherland Front working committees of the villages.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of An Tuong commune has played a pivotal role in building national unity, making significant contributions to socio -economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and building a prosperous and beautiful homeland.
Some notable achievements include: the Fatherland Front of the commune organized 48 propaganda conferences with over 2,000 participants; and published over 200 news articles on digital platforms to disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws, creating consensus among the people.
100% of residential areas achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Residential Area"; over 98.6% of households achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Family". The Fatherland Front of the commune mobilized over 300 million VND to support people affected by natural disasters; supported the construction and repair of many houses of compassion and solidarity; and mobilized the "For the Poor" Fund, achieving and exceeding targets, making an important contribution to sustainable poverty reduction.
The "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" movement has also been widely implemented; the commune has 5 OCOP products that meet standards, enhancing the value of local products.
In its social monitoring and criticism activities, the Fatherland Front of the commune organized 9 dialogue conferences between Party and government leaders and the people; conducted 7 thematic monitoring sessions on issues directly related to people's lives; coordinated the organization of 36 meetings with voters and compiled over 2,700 opinions and recommendations to be sent to relevant agencies.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Fatherland Front Committee of An Tuong commune will focus on tasks such as: strengthening the application of digital technology , innovating the content and form of propaganda; promoting the role of influential people in ethnic and religious communities to consolidate national unity; improving the quality of social supervision and criticism; and coordinating voter outreach effectively.
In addition, we aim to build united, prosperous, and happy residential areas; strive for each residential area to form at least one self-governing group; and ensure that annually over 95% of households and 100% of residential areas achieve the title of "Culturally Advanced Residential Area".
Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Phuoc province, Ro Cham H'Hong, acknowledged and praised the efforts and responsibility of the An Tuong commune Fatherland Front Committee during the past term. He also requested that the commune Fatherland Front Committee continue to consolidate and expand the great national unity; mobilize the strength of all strata of the people, transforming diversity into strength, and consensus into a driving force for development.
Furthermore, it is necessary to promote innovation in content and methods of operation; improve the quality of social supervision and criticism; effectively organize patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; and pay attention to building a team of Front cadres who are courageous, dedicated, close to the people, understand the people, know how to listen and act for the people; and focus on training and professional development in digital transformation for Front cadres…
The Congress elected 57 members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune through consultation. At the first meeting, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune elected 5 members to the Standing Committee of the commune's Fatherland Front Committee, term I; and elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province through consultation.
Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha was elected by consensus to the position of Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Tuong commune, term I, 2025-2030.
