Connecting business banks, promoting economic development of Ban Co ward

(HTV) - Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City organized a conference to connect banks and businesses and celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, aiming to solve capital difficulties and promote the local economy.

Although the area is only 0.99 km2, Ban Co ward has inherited a strong business community with 4,253 enterprises, 3,360 business households, 8 cooperatives and cooperative unions. At the conference, ward leaders, representatives of banks, enterprises, cooperatives and business households discussed difficulties, recommendations and proposed solutions; discussed access to credit capital with appropriate interest rates.

A representative of Ban Co Ward said that in the context of many small and medium enterprises facing difficulties, connecting bank capital sources with business investment needs is a practical direction, helping to maintain the recovery momentum after the pandemic.
