Bac Ninh Association of Small and Medium Enterprises celebrates Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of October 11, in Kinh Bac ward, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Bac Ninh province held a ceremony to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13 (2004 - 2025). At the ceremony, delegates reviewed Uncle Ho's teachings to industrialists and merchants and the "Industrial and Commercial Rescue Corps" organization; and the outstanding achievements of the business community since the Prime Minister signed the Decision to take October 13 every year as Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day.

Established in 2007, the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises has become a "common home" for the business community and enterprises with more than 1,000 members. Every year, the Association implements many programs to support members in the policies and guidelines of the Central and the province on socio -economic development; seeking investment opportunities, expanding links, improving competitiveness... helping enterprises improve production and business efficiency. In addition, the Association encourages member enterprises to actively participate in social security activities, contributing to the overall development of the province.

To unleash and promote the great potential of the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, in the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to prioritize improving the investment and business environment; supporting enterprises in accessing capital and production and business premises; training human resources, improving management capacity; creating mechanisms to encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the global supply chain... In particular, the province will build and effectively operate centers to support small and medium-sized enterprises, from legal advice, trade promotion to support for creative startups, digital transformation and sustainable development.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the provincial government is committed to always accompanying, listening and acting with businesses. At the same time, he hopes that businesses will continue to promote their pioneering role in innovation, creativity, and develop more strongly and sustainably, contributing more and more to the cause of building a strong homeland and country.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises commended and honored businesses and entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business activities; delegates and member businesses donated 650 million VND to support people in the province to overcome the damage caused by the recent storm No. 11.
