In recent days, the atmosphere at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center seems to be more cheerful with the presence of young people in green volunteer shirts. Upon asking, we learned that they are members of the young intellectual volunteer team supporting people and businesses in providing online public services at the provincial level. In mid-March 2025, the team was launched and quickly put into operation. Along with the center's staff, nearly 30 members of the team have been enthusiastic and passionate about their tasks. Everyone clearly understands the meaning of the work they are doing.

Directly attending the launching ceremony of the young intellectual volunteer team to support people and businesses in implementing online public services at the provincial level and now knowing about the encouraging results, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, clearly expressed her joy.

Ms. Hien said that the team members are all young and enthusiastic. After joining the team, the young people were trained in the process of receiving and processing administrative procedures and skills in performing online public services. With their intelligence and quickness, they quickly caught up with the work.

With the help of the team members, people and businesses have been promptly supported to complete procedures such as: Issuing and changing citizen identification cards; changing driver's licenses; issuing criminal records; issuing copies of diplomas and certificates; administrative procedures for businesses; registering changes in land use rights... "We appreciate the pioneering spirit and responsibility of the young intellectual team. Not only supporting the implementation of online public services, you also play a good role in accompanying businesses and people in digital transformation," said Ms. Hien.

According to Ms. Thanh Hien, the team of young intellectual volunteers supporting people and businesses to provide online public services at the provincial level is a practical model of youth responding to Youth Month 2025.

Through the model, we can clearly see the pioneering spirit of Quang Tri youth in implementing Project 06 of the Prime Minister on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030. With active participation, union officials, union members and youth have joined hands to promote the use of online public services, increasing the rate of online records throughout the process.

Realizing the importance of digital transformation, in addition to the team of young intellectuals volunteering to support people and businesses in implementing online public services at the provincial level, recently, the provincial Youth Union at all levels has also had many other programs and activities.

Depending on the reality of the unit and locality, each youth union chooses a spearhead and its own way of doing things to practically help the people. One of the typical collectives in this field is the Provincial Police Youth Union.

Realizing the requirements of the new situation, recently, the union cadres, union members, and youth of the Provincial Police have determined that in order to successfully transform digitally, each collective and individual must transform themselves first.

On the collective side, the Provincial Police Youth Union has established a Digital Transformation Volunteer Youth Club to train union officials, union members, and youth at the grassroots level and carry out tasks assigned by leaders at all levels in implementing Project 06 of the Government.

Along with that, the committee established a Shock Team in digital transformation with 100 members directly participating. Currently, the Provincial Police Youth Committee is also advising the Provincial Police leadership to deploy a digital law propaganda model. "We identify accompanying people to digital transformation as one of the important tasks. In the past time, young officers and soldiers have been very exemplary, enthusiastic, and have done this task well," Captain Cao Tat Linh, Head of the Provincial Police Youth Committee, assessed.

In localities in the province, the spirit of solidarity and joint efforts to help people transform digitally among young people is also growing strongly.

In Vinh Linh district, recently, the leaders of the union have focused on promoting the responsibilities of union members and young people in digital transformation. Many good activities have been organized by the union chapters at all levels in the district such as: Supporting people to install and activate electronic identification applications; organizing a week of digital transactions, not using cash; supporting union members to sell goods through the Quang Tri Mart channel; guiding people to use online public services; coordinating to organize a cashless market model...

Secretary of Vinh Linh District Youth Union Le Minh Thai said: “The approach and application of digital transformation by the district’s youth is very exciting, initially achieving positive results. It is the effort to apply digital technology that has helped us overcome difficulties in facilities and resources, thereby innovating, improving the quality of activities, and inspiring union members and youth.”

According to Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien, digital transformation is an inevitable requirement and trend. If we do not keep up with its speed, we will fall behind and fall behind. As young people, with advantages in accessing new things, the union officials, union members, and youth in the province will continue to promote the spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and readiness to support people in digital transformation.

“With the spirit of being proactive and anticipating, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has issued the Plan for Quang Tri Youth to proactively implement the digital transformation program for the period 2022 - 2027 with specific goals, methods and solutions. However, in addition to the proposed plan, we are always researching, learning and creating new things that are suitable for reality to improve the effectiveness of supporting people, helping people confidently enter the digital age”, Ms. Thanh Hien affirmed.
