Prior to the release of Challengers, the actress stunned audiences with a plethora of tennis-inspired outfits at the film's press conference.

Zendaya is currently on a worldwide promotional tour for her upcoming film, Challengers. Directed by Luca Guadagnino of Call Me By Your Name, the film is scheduled for release on April 26, 2024. With only weeks left until its premiere, Zendaya, who plays Tashi Duncan, has been making a strong impression on red carpets and events with her ultra-chic tennis-inspired style. The actress stepped onto the red carpet in tennis-inspired outfits, abandoning the science fiction universe of Dune to embrace the Tenniscore era perfectly suited to her. Her stylist, Law Roach, did not disappoint, choosing bold outfits for the tour, sometimes from archives and sometimes custom-made.

Her latest look featured a stunning, head-to-toe white Louis Vuitton dress with a matching corset and a white criss-cross leather belt. To complement the glamorous look, Zendaya opted for bronze goddess-like makeup, perhaps mimicking the flushed look of tennis players, along with elegant side-swept hair. This outfit represents just one of many glamorous looks Zendaya showcased at the press conference for The Challenger.

This past weekend, Zendaya also appeared in a photoshoot wearing a striking lime green and white plaid jacket cleverly styled like a dress. This statement piece comes from Louis Vuitton's Spring/Summer 2013 collection under the creative direction of Marc Jacobs. To complement the outfit, the actress chose elegant white pointed-toe heels and wore a chic blonde updo with a matching white headband. Another highlight was a bespoke Loewe dress in a vibrant shimmering green, adorned with delicate tennis-inspired motifs. Worn during the film's Australian tour, this creatively tennis-inspired outfit was paired with sparkling Loewe heels and Bulgari jewelry.

If you're unfamiliar with the premise of Challengers, the series follows a once-promising tennis talent, Tashi, who is forced to retire after a career-ending injury. Now a coach, she trains her former mediocre tennis player husband, Art, to become a Grand Slam champion. However, after a series of losses, Tashi is forced to enroll Art in a low-level "Challenger" competition. Things become complicated when they encounter the former prodigy Patrick, who is not only Art's rival but also Tashi's ex-boyfriend. The series is touted as a compelling sports drama and has high expectations, given Zendaya's burgeoning fanbase following her performances in Dune: Part Two, Euphoria, and the two Spider-Man films she starred in, among others. The two main male characters will be played by Mike Faist, who previously starred in Steven Spielberg's West Side Story, and Josh O'Connor, who gained a large fan base after his portrayal of Prince Charles in The Crown.
