Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko has had to put his upscale restaurant in Kyiv (Ukraine) up for sale after only one year in operation.

The restaurant, named "Inch" (a play on words from Zinchenko's name), is a passionate investment by him, strongly reflecting a sporting theme with a range of unique items on display, such as images and jerseys of Lionel Messi (Barcelona) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus).

However, after less than 12 months in operation, the restaurant closed last month. The Arsenal defender and his wife had to accept withdrawing from the business. Zinchenko put the entire restaurant up for sale for £1.9 million.

Real estate agents handling the restaurant sale described the property as follows: "Fully equipped kitchen, high-end interior design, prime location. The business is ready to operate and generate profit. Everything is included, including all equipment, brand ownership rights, and all legal documentation."

Zinchenko won four Premier League titles, one FA Cup, and four League Cups with Manchester City after transferring from Ufa (Russia) in 2016. In 2022, Arsenal spent £30 million to bring him to Emirates. Since then, the Ukrainian defender has made 91 appearances for the Gunners, scoring three goals.

However, Zinchenko's future at the Emirates Stadium is uncertain. Arsenal are reportedly willing to listen to offers for the former Man City star during this summer's transfer window.
